(DJK), a leading trade firm specializing in machinery. For this reason, Kanebo Vision Systems, LTD. changes its name to Daiichi Jitsugyo VISWILL CO., LTD. and enters a new stage. Taking the place of Kanebo, VISWILL is the new brand for our automated visual inspection systems.

         VISWILL will inherit and cultivate all of the business property of Kanebo Vision Systems, LTD. including its employees.
         VISWILL will also inherit and develop all of the relationships with the customers and partners who both have valued Kanebo's automated visual inspection systems.
